The Internships Network was set up to help tackle the perennial problem of students graduating with little or no work experience. Very often although the requisite theoretical knowledge is in place, employers are reluctant to expend the extra effort of custom-training graduates to fill job roles. This is generally understandable, given the added time and cost this entails, before the new hire becomes productive.

The internships network allows students to acquire relevant, customised job skills as they progress to their academic degrees. the end result are graduates with both academic qualifications and highly relevant work skills - a great combination for a potential employer!
